Depends on production vs demand. Usually, if not in stock and has to be a special order, between 2 to 6 months.

Base Warranty: 1 year or 2,000 operating hours. Extended Warranty Offerings: Extended protection coverage via the Metso Equipment Protection Plan (EPP) for up to 3 to 5 years (or up to 10,000 operating hours) when enrolled in Metso Life Cycle Services (LCS) agreements.and with conditions up to 5 years.

In Ecuador and Panama we have offices and support. All other countries work through Miami. Support comes from our technicians from Miami, Argentina, Colombia, Panama or Ecuador.

Depending on how parts are ordered, most parts can arrive in Miami within 2 days from the factory and then ship by air to the destination country. We also have parts availability in Miami, Panama and Ecuador to support the machines sold.

Daily / Shift Checks: Visual inspection of screen media (checking for blinding/wear), conveyor belt tracking and scraper tensioning, fluid levels (engine oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant), and clearing material buildup under conveyors.

Periodic / Scheduled Maintenance (50, 250, 500, 1,000 Hours): Engine service (oil & filter replacement), hydraulic filter changes, track tensioning, and greasing drive shafts and screenbox bearings (facilitated by centralized/automated lubrication points).
